Summer Workouts Workouts begin at 5:00 pm sharp Monday to Thursday. Players are expected arrive by 4:45. There are 22 scheduled workout opportunities from July 5th through August 12th. Players must attend a minimum of 13 workouts (60%) to earn an exemption from the fitness test when 2-a-days begin.
